February Unicycling Off to Great Start!

1000 mile project

1000-Mile Project

February has kicked off in a big way! I rode my unicycle for charity 4.4 miles on Tuesday the 1st at Best Friend Park, and another 4 miles at Bethesda Park on Groundhog Day (Feb. 2nd) for a total of 492.5 miles project miles.

I expect to break the 500-mile halfway mark by tomorrow (Friday).  Although this ideally should have been reached by the end of January, I’m starting to gain momentum as I go.  The second half should therefore go much quicker, and I plan to reach 1000 miles well before the August deadline.
